Most coaching sessions are 50- 60 minutes in length. In the session, you will discuss your progress thus far and revisit your goals for upcoming sessions to make sure that you are on track in hitting your goals. As you speak, your coach will listen for the cues to offer ideas of various tools and resources that you can use to move to the next step in your plan. The frequency of coaching sessions can vary according to what your coach recommends and what makes sense for your lifestyle and schedule.
